How to Use the Atlanta BeltLine Downpayment Assistance
The BeltLine Affordable Housing Trust Fund provides homebuyers with downpayment assistance of up to 20% of the sales price at a 0% interest rate as a soft second mortgage.
Homes that are eligible for the downpayment assistance must be within the Atlanta BeltLine Tax Allocation District (TAD). These can include condominiums, townhomes, and detached single family homes. You can search every home for sale in the Atlanta BeltLine TAD right on this site.
The maximum purchase price cannot exceed $252,890.
Household income limits not exceed $68,300 for households of 1-2 people and $78,545 for households of 3 or more.
