While the Atlanta BeltLine Tax Allocation District was drawn with condos, lofts, and townhomes in mind, single family homes do come on the market occasionally. You can search for any available single family homes here!

Not sure if a single family home you saw for sale falls within the TAD? You can check by using this City of Atlanta parcel search website. Just enter the address and click the parcel number. If it says “BeltLine” next to “Tax Allocation District” and the sale price of the home would be $252,890 or less, then it should qualify. 870 Inman Village Parkway
