Step 2: Get Prequalified By A Lender

Now that you know a little more about the Atlanta BeltLine Downpayment Assistance (DPA) program (Step 1), the next step is to talk to a participating lender and get prequalified for a home loan. This is an important step that will tell you exactly how much house you can afford to buy. You will also learn more details about how much mortgage assistance for which you are eligible.
